Hi I’m abbey I’m very athletic because in a track club. we do all sorts of activities like shot-put and long jump .i am also very artistic because every Wednesday I paint beautiful paintings .all of my friends say I’m funny because I tell jokes all of the time. I’m also in French immersion so I speak in French every day except the weekend of course!!!
My March break
You’ll never guess what I did this March break; I went to a track meet. It was In Moncton and it was so much fun. My mom even bought me a pair of shoes called spikes there just like sneakers, but they have spikes in the bottom.
My favorite events are 60 meters and shot-put. I like the 60 meters because I love sprinting and I love shot- put well I really don’t know I just do. In shot-put I was not doing as well as usual, because 5.58 feet is my best and in that track meet my best was 4.87 or something like that. My best in 60 meters is 18.3 seconds , I think or was it 20.3 seconds?
There are two other events the 1000 meters and long jump. My best in long jump is second and for my 1000 is forth. I don’t know my time for 1000 or the 60 meters.
Over all I did pretty well i came forth in 1000 meters. I came third in long jump third ,in the 60 meters I came third ,in shot-put I came second and over all I came third it was an exciting day that I will never forget!!!
